Antje Art I had the honour to model at the India New York Fashion Week on Broadway in the Edison Ballroom. At the New York Fashion Week in February I had an photoshooting in my costume on Timessquare. Viashali Kumar, an famous Indian Designer, known for her incredible designs saw me and booked me as model for her couture line in September. She is also a designer who create dresses for the iconic Met Gala.
Show on the Broadway Edison Ballroom
The show took place at the Edison Ballroom on Broadway. The full show was on mydreams TV USA and there was an huge audience in that iconic Ballroom. I was more than excited to be booked as a model and I never expected to walk for 3 designers that day. Vashali Kumar, Kirti Rhatore and Rohit Verma. When I entered the backstage area, everything happend so fast. Rashmi Bedi, the producer told me I was chosen to walk for the famous designer Rohit Verma, when we where on our way to the fitting, Kirti Rathore saw me and emidiatly put a dress on me. I made a quick walk for her and was booked to walk for her too.
My walk for Vaishali Kumar
My first walk was for Viashali Kumar. Vaishali Kumar stands as a remarkable business leader in the world of fashion. As the Founder of Aattires boutique, she has demonstrated extraordinary vision and resilience.
Over two decades, she meticulously honed her skills and creativity, crafting Indian and Western garments from her own home.
What sets Vaishali Kumar apart as a business leader is her commitment to preserving Indian culture and heritage. She uses Indian materials and resources to showcase tradition on a global stage, a testament to her deep-rooted cultural pride. Her ability to bridge the gap between tradition and modernity in her designs has not only gained her recognition but has also set a unique tone for Aattires boutique.
Her collection was runway magic and I got an beautiful gown with an incredible fabric. Behind the stage the other indian models translated the song we perform on for me, so I could understand the feeling for my walk.
I felt so elegant and was absolutely in love with the dress, the music and had an amazing time on the runway. The song is about awoman that is confident and telling everyone to look at her beauty, a song that is absolutely empowering for me.
The walk for Kirti Rathore
Kirti Rathore is an stunning designer and woman. She has showcased her creations at National & International platform globally with many prestigious awards & accolades. She mostly work with an eco-friendly organic fabric which can be worn in every season. She’s not only a fashion designer but also a dedicated social activist and believes in giving back to the society.
I got an stunning red gown to wear and she told me it is an very imortant dress from her line. I could have fun with it, feel confident and enjoy myself. I was free to do whatever I want while I perform on the stage. The music was an dance song from Ricky Martin and so much fun to perform on.

My walk for Rohit Verma
Rohit Verma is an icon. Rohit’s signature designs are showcased in fashion hubs worldwide, like New York and Vancouver. Rohit Verma has emerged as one of the most influential figures in the fashion world, captivating audiences with his contemporary designs inspired by traditional Indian culture. His actual collection was high fashion and an full leopard print design names “unapologetic spots”.
The collection shall make aware that fashion should never come at the costs of innocent lives. The designs are 100% percent animal friendly and sustainable.

He opened the show with an incredible look by himself.
The choreography on stage was very complicated and the choreographer made an incredible job to let it be flawless for us.
I enjoyed ma walk to the fullest, the electronig music was making us feel so powerful and fierce, I loved every second on stage.
Rashmi Bedi the Producer of the India NYFW
Rashmi Bedi is a very renowned personality and is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of My Dreams TV USA, My Dream Primetime and My Dream Entertainment, Miss Bharat USA, Miss South Asia World, Mrs. Asia World, My Dream International, My Dream Silver, My Dream Global Foundation. She is an influential woman with a strong personality and has the vision to empower women of all ages. She is Jewellery Designer by profession and is a certified Vaastu Shastra Consultant.

The show was spectacular, well organized and everyone was so empowering and kind. To be part of the Indian Fashion week is one of the greatest honour of my life.
When I was a kid, my biggest dream was to become a model. But the german agencys told me I will not have a chance, because of my hight and strech marks on my skin, that started to appear when I became 9 years old.
The dream has now became alive and no one cares abought my height or marks, the passion I have on stage to present a look, is all that matters now.
To be able to walk is an huge honour to me and also as an designer I now how much efford is in every dress, to present it to an audience is more that a dream come true. Its all I ever wanted as a kid, now I can tell my kid- self: you can do it! Never give up! It will happen!
